Bigin au top
Avantages
Application très bien conçue, simple à utiliser et idéale pour les petites entreprises. Bien personnalisable avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités indispensables pour le suivi des négociations.
Inconvénients
Le service client est en anglais et parfois nous oriente vers des plateformes qui ne nous profite guère. Il est compliqué de changer les appels en appels entrants.

Un CRM Efficace
De la prise de contact à la vente, je pilote mon activité dans Bigin. Etant indépendant ce CRM adapté pour une petite entreprise me permet de presque tout faire. Sa connexion avec Zoho mail et Zoho meeting est un plus pour moi qui utilise également ces deux solutions.
Avantages
J'aime particulièrement la simplicité d'utilisation et l'interface claire et efficace.
Inconvénients
Une integration directe avec Zoho booking serait un plus.

Avantages
Price & easy to setup. The CRM was so simple for self setup & easy to mantain and use by user.
Inconvénients
This CRM doesn't have calendar feature so I can monitor team's meeting and activity.

Excellent CRM for any startup at an unbeatable price for the features it provides!
Avantages
This is an excellent CRM for any startup; it is user-friendly and efficient. Within an hour, the implementation and initial customization are completed. I've been setting up and using various CRMs for over 20 years. As a result, I am familiar with the available technologies. The interface is both modern and sophisticated, as well as simple. There were no Bugg encounters, and the logic within the architecture of the tool is flawless.

I have nothing negative to say about my experience with this tool.

Awesome experience with Bigin CRM. Great reliable customer support provided by Bigin CRM Team. Bigin CCRM is a must use for all start up entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Avantages
The deal pipeline feature is the best of all. Deal management is very essential for keeping an eagle eye on all the accounts so that we can maximize our sales closings month after month, so that no sales slips through the cracks. Kudos to Zoho.
Inconvénients
Not much cons at these price points. Probably more number of pipelines in the pricing plans would have been a great sweetener.

Actually I'm just testing around, but it feels nice :-)
Inconvénients
Connection to MS 365 isn't hazzle-free. It broke down several times. However, it finally worked.

The Zoho team is always great. We have high expectations for Bigin too - but are just starting to implement it.

The interface is very easy to use. The cards are a great visual to help move deals through the pipeline.

I'm absolutely in love with Zoho Bigin. I was looking for a tool to manage the sales team in our small business but there wasn't any simple tool to help an SME in managing their team, every other tool was complicated. They are simple to use, easy to set up and have everything you need.
Inconvénients
I am unable to edit the last name on the CRM under contacts, some fields are uneditable and I wish they work on giving an option to edit.

The fact that I have evaluated what seems to be 10 + CRM's and they are all overpriced for what they do.
Avantages
Ease of use and easily customizable. For everything Zoho offers you cannot beat the price. If you are a small company the other CRM's pricing ads up as you ad users.

Quite good and offers value for your money, once one can get the hang of it, its smooth sail all the way, and once they can improved on it better, it definitely will be the stock Software for all management task

Bigin Zoho CRM makes business achieve organizational aims and objective a lot faster and manageable, from leads creation, marketing ,to finance productivity and eventually sales, every process is captured and monitored. whenever I get called upon for presentation my number one go to CRM is Bigin Zoho because it gives me comprehensive Report of my leads so far, solid email marketing and full automation of tasks when I don't have the time to repeat a task.
Inconvénients
Despite the fact that I choose Bigin Zoho CRM, I am of the opinion that some features can be better improved on: Limited customer support, they don't really go the extra mile when one is faced with a problem also the initial set up can be tiring as it requires a lot entry to be done manually.
More also when extracting data from excel sheet and a column or row variation occurs with Bigin Zoho CRM templates, it doesn't self correct rather it extract the data so and this may cause variation in data presentation if one is not careful.

CRM for Memberships
We've researched long to decide for the right CRM System. With Bigin we have found it for us!
We can store all our memberships and other services as products, view emails in Contact, even if they were written with a different email client, and of course love the deal forecast. It would be great if Bigin could also automate the creation of offers and the sending of all necessary documents. Now we are curious about the function of the web forms, which we want to integrate into our website soon.
