C'est très simple d'installation et de mise route, et c'est super simple de le mettre a jour en ayant toujours un regard sur l'état en temps réel

Inconvénients

Ce n'est pas directement intégrable dan sel software de la télé

Son back office qui est simple à prendre en main.

La partie customisation du back office j'aurai aimer proposition un backoffice différent en fonction des groupes de diffusion.

J'aurais souhaité pouvoir diffuser des rapports documents Power BI mais les paramètres sécurité de mon entreprise ne le permettent pas. Pouvoir faire des avances, recul, pause dans les diaporamas serait appréciable pour mener des réunions dans les ateliers mais ce n'est peut-être pas possible.

l'installation sur un Raspberry est simple et prend peu de temps
la gestion reste simple et épurer

Inconvénients

il manque un menu de configuration étape par étape ce qui est dommage mais la prise en main ce fait facilement

Le coût un peu trop élevé pour pour avoir plusieurs écrans gérés en même temps (surtout pour une entité scolaire).

I was looking for a digital marketing platform that I could promote to a particular niche market and Yodeck provided most of the features I was looking for. Ease of management, workspaces and user privileges all make this ideal.

Inconvénients

The only problem I experienced was with the scheduling module. Not being able to set a schedule to occur on a particular day for a period means a lot of additional manual scheduling.

Avantages

Nice management panel, see if the monitors are on or off. Also the shutting down and turning on screens on schedule saves the sceens panels (previous tool didn't have this option, which caused displays to broke after year or two)

Inconvénients

No good Microsoft integrations, only Power BI. Would be great if OneDrive for Business, Teams or Sharepoint online integrations would work.

East of setup. It was very easy to get it on our network.

Device storage is limited. Storage on the device is relatively small.

The Spectrio product was clunky, expensive and hard to use - too many parameters , poorly laid out controls, and sadly a bit dated looking. Yodeck makes uploading content easy, straighforward and flexible.

Easy to update and schedule content. Very cool that you can set media to expire so that it won't show after the promotion is over!

Inconvénients

The videos can sometime seem to flicker a little. I'm not sure if it's the Hz rate on the TV or the playback from YoDeck, but it's not bad enough that I've really looked into it too deep yet.

It was easy to setup and easy to use. The UI was simple and did not feel overwhelming. Most importantly, it worked as described. Access to widgets

The layout can definitely be improved. It is not necessarily bad but understanding its capabilities and how what you see on your computer translates to what you see on your signage screen can take a while. In other words, making the layout options more obvious and accessible.Widget load speed is slow and more widgets would be a welcome additiont

If your looking for something simple to use not hard to learn advanced features than this is for you. Plus the fact that the equipment supplied works amazing and really makes your visuals pop. Can use the built in tools or upload your own creations. Inexpensive and a great business feature.

I really can’t complain about the system. Haven’t had to use support as plenty of info easily accessible on youtube and simple to use.

It is incredibly user friendly for both admins and customers. It's cheap and easy to deploy, it's easy to manage...it's amazing!

There are limited features compared to more full-fledged platforms, such as wayfinding. But we do not utilize that.

Visix's hardware was expensive, finnicky, and unreliable. It felt like we were constantly fixing players. The interface was not user friendly, and required downloading apps to update content.

I assessed 20 different digital signage platforms, and YoDeck sits in a great middle ground. It is cheap and uses inexpensive hardware, but still feels stable and easy to use like a more fully-feature platform.

I love how easy the Yodeck app is to use. Tagging and scheduling content is EASY EASY EASY and works great!

Inconvénients

I would like to see some improvements in the security with some of the widgets. I don't want to provide my login credentials for SharePoint, PowerBI, etc. to be able to use some of those widgets. There has to be a better (more secure) way...

Avantages

All cloud based to simple to update and sync to players. We've replaced our entire digital signage screens with TVs running Yodecks behind them. We've also managed to create one incorporated with a free to air setup TV box so staff can enjoy TV whilst we overlay important messages.

Around the school site we use them to display messages for students, live feeds from Twitter, the weather, time and news. Very powerful and very easy to use and manage.

Nothing. Every works well for us. Plenty of guides online helping if you get stuck too.

Avantages

Coming from Samsung Magicinfo, Yodeck was far superior in almost every aspect. Wide varieties of media are playable as part of the slide deck, including PDF, images, videos and remote HTML. Our screen sat dead waiting for a solution before we found Yodeck.

Inconvénients

The software does require a connection to the home server to operate, would be nice to have a fully offline mode. I haven't had a chance to test how the system would work in a fully offline environment.
