Overall experience is very very good with this software. Solve all the problems.
Avantages
It has a very large no. of user data. You can generate leads using this and can convert them into sales.
By using this task seems easy to fetch emails and contact numbers of decision makers. Automatically connect with the Salesforce CRM. Connect with the API's.
Inconvénients
I don't think there is any less feature in this software. It has everything which needs to be in the sales profile.
but they can lower the pricing it looks a little high.

Expensive, but it solves the problem like no other
Great experience and totally recommended.
Avantages
Lusha's slogan should be "data you can trust". While other tools in the market just "guess" your prospect email, Lusha gets it right. I don't know details about their database, but the accuracy of the e-mails and phone numbers provided are incredible high. Other tools in the market just make a guess like "[email protected]", try to validate it and that's all. Most of them can't even give phone numbers. I have tested over 15 tools (Hunter, Snov, Findthatlead, Skrapp and etc) and I can assure that Lusha is the most accurate.
Inconvénients
I find it very pricey. You can buy larger credit packs and get a discount, but it's still way more expensive than competitors.

Do not bother.
Not worth it. Many better tools out there. Does not cater to the European market.

Not much. Useless app. Not worth the time or money. very outdated. Probably felt like a new thing years ago.
Inconvénients
Only a third of leads are available and a lot of them are private contact details. The leads are not happy when we contact them on their private numbers.

Avantages
Very user friendly and easy to understand tool.Especially Lusha integration with Chrome is very handy when in need of instant contact info.
Inconvénients
Lusha doesn't have an in-depth database right now for every organisation. It takes data from multiple sources which sometimes doesn't provide right contact info.

Succeed with Lusha
Its a one stop shop for getting authentic data of key personas who are difficult to reach for sales guys. <Most of the time their mobile numbers and email ids are valid and it helps us connect first time right personas. Saves lot of effort and time for sales.

Product integration with Linkedin, data authenticity and ease of use are the best part of Lusha
Inconvénients
Still to findany limitation. Sometimes the data is incorrect but its good that we have option to inform about the same.

This tool is very effective in finding contact details from LinkedIn ,helps me in lead generation and their contact detail database is updated which helps me in connecting with my prospective client and generate sales .

easy to use, simple but does the job (that is a good thing, many tools are too complex for their use).

The results are not great, it does give results but there are competitors out there that have a higher degree of accuracy AND generate info on more leads.

Need Contact Details? Get Lusha?
Lusha is great for finding contact details for key people in time-critical situations and for building biz dev campaigns. Not perfect but best we've used; really useful tool.
Avantages
Lusha is pretty well known amongst the sourcing community as one of the best tools for getting personal contact details - email address and phone numbers - from social media profiles. The chrome plug-in works well. Most users will be using this with LinkedIn. When you visit a profile, it tries to find phone number and email addresses and usually it comes up trumps. This often gives you personal contact details allowing you to bypass the corporate gatekeepers - that's why this is popular with recruiters. The LinkedIn Inmail system can be hit and miss (lots of LinkedIn users don't check or don't respond) and when you consider that Lusha could replace a premium or recruiter version of LinkedIn, it is good value if you are a sourcer, recruiter or biz dev professional.
As you can turn off the monthly subscriptions this would be a good option for campaigns targetting specific verticals for example if you don't have an ongoing requirement.
Inconvénients
The software isn't perfect and it does get it wrong sometimes, but it is currently the best at what it does. While there's not much to dislike about Lusha, the problem with apps like these is that they invariably get either bought by LinkedIn/Microsoft and killed or just blocked when they become too popular. You may also be running into data privacy issues by using apps like this - check the legislation in your jurisdiction and you might want to run this past the Data Protection Officer (DPO) if you have one.

Lusha is a better option for Lead Generation
Having an accurate contact details has been very easy for me since I started using this tool a few months ago. Lead research has been fulfilling and effortless thanks to lusha.
Avantages
Lusha has provided me a great and accurate results for contact searches, it also has a simple interface so that all users can easily navigate through the tool.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it provides the same contact details once the salesforce has been updated, it feels like it searches for the contact information that was previously saved rather than providing correct contact details.

Lusha price increase of 66%v
Nothing really, except the price hike, we use about 12k contacts a year, and we buy them in blocks, the upfront subscription doesn't work for us in these covid times. When it came time recently to buy more credits, the price increased by 66%, that's way to expensive and out the cost of a lead to over 50 cents, and that was the discounted price, the best price the guys could offer us. Thus sadly, we have had to close our account. NOW, this is not a reason to stop using the solution, just be aware that your pricing is bout to increase by 66% or more, and that's if you pay annually advance, so I think a few of the smaller accounts, 12 credits useage a year will find other solutions,

We've been a user of the solution for a few years, it's very very helpful and the team supportive, covers the US market well, the European market not so well, but that's not really Lusha's fault

Positive no issues
Avantages
For my firm's use the quality, as well as the speed at which you can attain it, are both imperative. They knock it out of the park.
Inconvénients
I would like to integrate into our ATS. I'm not sure if this is possible or not but I also haven't researched.

Good solution but expensive
Overall like using Lusha but these days many technical issues are cropping up like different profiles opening up on LinkedIn in place of a selected profile

The pop up on LinkedIn looks useful
The phone numbers are useful for sales contacts
Inconvénients
1. Many phone numbers in the database are incorrect, leading to the wastage of credits. Also if a user stops the subscription, all the remaining leads go waste.
• We have found some of the companies from the packaging & Steel industries contacts were not reflecting
• Some of the remote locations like Bhopal, Nagpur, Himachal Pradesh, etc were found to be unavailable
• Found 30 – 35 % of contacts are invalid email ids. For example, I have picked up 10 contacts out of those at least 4 bounce back.

Best product for Lead generation
Avantages
Lusha is very useful in finding the email address of any people, I usually search for leads on Linkedin and my Lusha is integrated with my Linkedin for Business. I was able to find email addresses so easily with the help of Lusha.
Lusha is easy to use and the interface is so simple, go to the LinkedIn profile and click on show email id on the Lusha plugin and that's it, you will find the email address of your lead.
I also use Lusha for lead generation, this is a very easy way to find leads and their contact information.
Overall Lusha is the best product for me to find the leads and their contact information.
Inconvénients
There should be an option to update some email address that was wrong on the Lusha, I have seen many times some errors in email address but there was no option to update that.

Lusha - A must have for Lead Generators!
Lead Generation, Business Development, Strategic engagement building, Reach out programs, etc.
Avantages
Lusha is the most user friendly tool available for Lead Managers, Sales prospecting, Demand generation, Strategic Sales, etc. It's API integration works as charm. The compatibility with various CRM tools is an add on.
Inconvénients
Doesn't give desired results many times. Doesn't work as expected a lot of times.

Lusha is the basic necessity for SDR prospecting
I need it so I use it.
Could be better, but overall it does what it supposed to do
Avantages
Integration into LinkedIn is very easy and comfortable to use.
Most of the time I get some information on a potential prospect.
And most of the time it is pretty accurate
Inconvénients
Integration into CRM system is not applicable.
No automatic import into company's CRM.
Part of the time the information is not correct and there is no validation tool

Good but needs improvement

Integration with Hubspot and the ease of importing prospects into the CRM.
Inconvénients
How inconsistent prospect information is. I might look at a prospect on their linked profile and on their hubspot profile or in their employee list in sales navigator in LinkedIn and the information is different for each web page. On their LinkedIn profile it might just have the prospect's phone number, on hubspot it might just have their work email and in sales nav it might just be empty. And then it will expect you to unlock the prospects information again even though you have already unlocked it on a previous webpage. This needs URGENT fixing as it is wasting tokens and time.

Direct numbers being the need of an hour, lusha is exactly catering to that. Very user friendly.

Accessing contacts of key decision makers
Love Lusha, makes my life and my teams life much easier and speeds up the process to speak to the key decision maker at byusinesses.
Avantages
I love that if I need to speak to the decision maker at a business, either CEO, Marketing Director or GM Lusha will 50% of the time have the correct mobile number ad email address. This saves me a lot of time as I do not have to go through reception desks to speak to these people

It is obviously frustrating that the numbers are only correct 50% of the time.

Service poor, tool came with so much promise but leaves you massively disappointed.
Avantages
None. The tool came with so much promise and we had high expectations. But has left us dissapointed.
Inconvénients
The tool came with rave reviews and recommendations - either these are all fake or the tool has become disastrously bad recently.
A real shame, and would advise against purchasing this tool as the customer service is extremely poor too.
Recommend other tools such as Swordfish.

I can definitely say that Lusha has been helpful throughout my day to day tasks as the extension tool can get the job done. A simple click of a button gives you accurate information and this alone is very helpful from a sourcing standpoint
Avantages
Lusha gives you legitimate contact information just with a simple click of a button. The contacts have been accurate based on my experience and it also extracts personal email addresses which really helped me with engagement.
Inconvénients
Lack of features. Lusha needs to have other features such as project folders so that we can customize and group profiles. Overtime, having thousands of profiles in the dashboard can get daunting and it needs to be properly organized for better efficiency
